More than ten years of experience in project development, investment strategies and construction management are available at any time for BML Alpenbau. In over ten years, a profile has been sharpened that has been completed with each project, with each partnership and with each deal. We have broken many new ground and have always been able to question, adapt and further develop strategies – this is how we have been able to steadily expand our impact.

Marcus Lindner – the mind behind BML Alpenbau
Marcus Lindner has over 10 years of experience in the field of financing and development of real estate projects. He therefore has a strong international network in the real estate and investor industry. Since 2006 he has been working as a pilot / commercial airline pilot. At the same time, he completed his Master of Business Administration degree and was able to gain a wide range of experience in consulting.
He got his start as a real estate investor in Germany in 2010, and internationally from 2013. From the multi-layered experience and cross-industry skills, he has opened another location in Mallorca in 2022 as Managing Partner.
